5You need to stretch!  Sep 03, 2006 By Edward Johnson
Ok so The Urban Rebounder provides great aerobics and some of the series (ab bound, core bound, parts of others) give some bodypart toning. However, the one thing all execisers need and don't ususally do enough of is stretching. The fifth DVD in the series gives us two ways to get more stretch in our routine, namely, Stretch Bound and Yoga Bound. Both are good for helping me get my aging muscles to cooperate. I do one or the other once a week or whenever I feel my body (especially my back) is more tense than usual. Staying limber relaxes you and makes you more likely to keep exercising, so I reccomend this DVD for anyone committed to staying the course.

3Good Workout!  Jan 11, 2012 By M. Mwihaki "Belhie"
I do enjoy rebounding workouts. I have several from JB Berns and they are very invigorating. I would recommend this to those who have issues with joint pain.

2Not useful  Jul 14, 2010 By Lisa
Much of the tape is taken with stretching exercises not specific to rebounding - nothing you don't know already.
