By jeffrey r This is a very good indoor soccer ball. I have both this ball, and a typical yellow and black foam soccer ball. I use these at home to play with my kids inside the house. The foam ball is smaller, and works well, but it does shed some of the coating and can wear out pretty quickly. This Tachikara ball seems like it will last a very long time, as its surface is much more durable than the foam balls. Note that this ball is full size or close to full size, so it is a substantial ball, but it is still soft and safe for most usage around walls, windows, etc. Also, unlike the foam balls, this Tachikara ball has an inside that gets pumped with air. So it plays differently than a foam ball, and can have more "bounce". All in all, my kids and I are pleased with this Tachikara ball, and it has been a great addition to our ever-growing ball collection at home.

By Brother G well . . . we've been using this for 9 months now and we've figured out that it would be better in a non-carpeted environment... the cloth cover is showing a LOT of wear wear the pieces are joined - to the extent that we had to sew it back together to get a few more 'miles' out of it... I think our carpeted gym floor and rough walls are a factor.

By Tina Brown My kids have been playing with this ball in the hall. They have been trying to score on each other. This week have had a lot of rain so they made up a new game- indoor two square. So sometimes they play soccer and other times two square. I am safe knowing if if it gets out of hand no one or thing will be harmed.

Bought this for my daughter that was kicking balls all over the house. It is soft (covered in a durable fabric), easy on the floors, and close to regulation size for kids. My daughter has been kicking it all over the house and she loves it. I like it to because it doesn't damage anything.
