5great for training  Feb 12, 2010 By C. Oliver
These gloves are very comfortable. At 7oz they provide plenty of soft padding so you don't injure your sparring partner. The wrist wraps provide good support and they are adjustable well do to the generous amount of velcro. I can punch my heavy bag without worry of injuring my knuckles at 100% power. I do use sports tape to prevent abrasion on my pinky and 4th knuckle even though I generally strike with the index and middle. They fit way better than the basic foam sparring glove and not as dense or hard as a 4oz UFC style fight/grappling glove.

5Great Gloves!  May 26, 2010 By S. Chura
These gloves have are perfectly weighted and allow for tons of open hand movement while not sacrificing a solid striking surface. The wrist wraps provide wrist protection and allow for quick adjustment if needed.

5good training gloves  Aug 04, 2009 By Lisa Budisavljevic
these are very good gloves for sparring sessions.
The padding is very good for its size but doesn't take away from the speed of them.
Long wrist strap for added stability.
Cant find anything wrong really, quite durable also.

2not what I was looking for  Sep 19, 2010 By themusicman9
I was looking for something light and decently priced that I could use to train with on a heavy bag. These gloves look great, but they do not fit my hands at all! I have fairly small hands so I went with the small/medium, and I could barely squeeze them into these gloves. After 2 minutes of punching the circulation to my fingers were cut off! So Ive had to go buy different ones. So from what ive experienced, if you have small hands get the large, and if have large hands look at another product haha. It shipped very fast though I was pleased about that. Hope this was helpful for you guys.

3well they are gloves i suppose  Aug 07, 2011 By J. xiong "Jay"
they do their job, the stitching around the fingers seem to be very fragile as ive had to restitch them already but otherwise ok
