good but far from great Sep 04, 2011
By Ruth Sade the optic quality is good and it seat great on the face. Also the lanes work very good in the sun and and dusk and dawn (we have a very strong sun here where I live). Also ventilation while riding is very good. Also you have many nice accessories such as the strap and the sweat bar. All these are the positive things, but there are few serious issues with these - 1. The temples have axis to them that allow the temples to rotate, the thing is after some time is start rotating all the time 2. the temples are very fragile - I broke one when I placed it inside my backpack and when I took it out it broke very easily - too easy 3. Customer support (at least in the US) is terrible for them. I try to contact them about the issues I have and never got any reply bottom line - you can find better than this

By BMore Okay... They aren't the most attractive sunglasses I've owned, but that is their only real drawback.
The interchangeable lens system is great. I have gotten a couple of other lenses and can use the lens that fit conditions. Changing lenses is quick and easy.
Even better is the adaptability. I have used the face gasket to block wind from my eyes while riding a bicycle. I am still going through the dry eye period after laser eye surgery and these allow me to get out on my bike without my eyes getting uncomfortable.
I am looking forward to using them in the winter while snowboarding.
We have even gotten a pair for my wife to use while skiing.

By Fivo For anyone who is sensitive to bright sunlight, you must pay attention to the light transmission of any sunglasses you're considering. Bolloe's 100 Gun lenses limit light transmission to only 9% - amazing!!!
As someone who has spent a lot of money trying different sunglasses, I can attest to the superiority of Bolle's product. In my opinion, Bolle is far superior to Oakley in terms of lens color and tint choices.
If you recognize that you have to spend over $100 to get quality sunglasses, and you're familiar with Oakley and Wiley-X products, you owe it to yourself to try Bolle products. They're awesome!
